IMPT for corporate travel managers

How a corporate travel manager rolls out IMPT across a hotel programme — pricing, integration, reporting, ESG positioning.

Direct answer

IMPT plugs into a corporate travel programme like any other booking platform. Same negotiated rates, same cancellation policies, plus a per-booking on-chain carbon retirement that lands in your Scope 3 dashboard automatically.

What changes for the traveller

Nothing operational. The traveller searches, books, stays, expenses. The booking is at the same nightly rate as any other platform. The change is in what happens behind the scenes — IMPT funds a one-tonne UN-verified CO₂ retirement against the booking ID, on-chain on Ethereum.

What changes for finance and ESG

Implementation

Most corporate travel programmes can route bookings through IMPT in two ways: as a preferred-supplier addition to an existing TMC (travel management company) integration, or as a standalone programme for sustainability-priority bookings. Either way, the booking flow is app.impt.io with corporate-account creation handled by IMPT's partnerships team.

Pricing

There is no platform fee for the corporate programme. Hotel rates are commercial — same supplier feed Booking.com, Expedia and similar platforms use. Volume-tier negotiated rates available for programmes above 500 room-nights a year.

FAQ

Does IMPT integrate with Concur, SAP, or other expense systems?

Standard booking confirmations export in the same format as other major OTA platforms. Custom Concur/SAP integration is available for corporate programmes — contact partnerships.

Can we see the on-chain retirement evidence?

Yes. Each booking confirmation carries a retirement reference; the on-chain record is queryable on Ethereum mainnet against the IMPT Carbon Credit NFT contract.

Is this suitable for SBTi or CSRD-aligned reporting?

The offsets are reportable under GHG Protocol Scope 3 Category 6 as voluntary credits, and should be reported separately from gross emissions reductions. We don't claim it cancels the underlying business-travel footprint — it offsets it transparently with a verified credit.
